Legacy Living Plan

At Sunnyside Village, our Residential Living homes are available through the Legacy Living Plan, designed to provide security, independence, and peace of mind. With a one-time entry fee, residents gain access to their residential home, along with many benefits:

  • Your entry fee is an investment in your future, with a capped equity refund returned to you or your estate when you leave.
  • Unlike rent, your money remains an investment rather than disappearing month to month.
  • Enjoy the amenities and vibrant lifestyle of the Village neighborhood.
  • Receive priority consideration for Sunnyside Manor Assisted Living, Shepherd’s Landing Memory Care, and outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation services.
  • Benefit from the stability and protection of a home owned and maintained by Sunnyside Village.

The Legacy Living Plan is more than a financial arrangement — it’s a path to independence, security, and a fulfilling life in the Village.

6. What’s the minimum age to move in?

The minimum age for Residential Living is 55 years old. Many residents choose to move in earlier to enjoy maintenance-free living and build community long before they “need” it.

The Legacy Living Plan is Sunnyside Village’s standard entry option for Residential Living. Residents pay a one-time entrance fee, which secures their home and includes access to our community amenities.
